M. Armand Chiringhelli, propriétaire de l'hôtel-bar-restaurant « Le Cosmos», sis 12, boulevard Pinet-Laprade, à Dakar, est autorisé à confier la gérance libre du bar-restaurant « Le Cosmos » à M. N'Diogal Thiam.
